Could you please try restarting the client? If that doesn't work, try improving your internet connection by making it a bit faster, just to check if it works then. Also, you should try disabling your VPN/DNS server and try again. If all of those didn't work, try doing a clean installation of the game. Meaning delete all files of the game (including APKs/compressed files) and then redownloading it from the DOWNLOADS page. Let me know if the bug was fixed. Deep Regards. - Aghanim.
