I'm looking for the TM Thief or the related tutor..

In some post in this forum is said that there is a tutor on ruote 8, but i see only trainer on ruote 8.. So the question is simple, where can i yeach thief to my pokes?

Use can use furret instead of, however, it need to move johto to learn covet.

Yhea i know that.. Remain the fact that in manto people don't have choice but mankey.. I hope they implement thief soon.. If i want to make a frisk shuppet whith thief not even god can help me.. -.-" anyway.. thank you guys for your answers!!
