This issue happens when disconnecting precisely right before getting teleported to Sinnoh. It's a really unfortunate timing.

 

Anyway, I have fixed your variables. You should now be able to talk to Hannah once again, and she will let you go to Sinnoh. If she does not appear, she should appear after a client restart.
