First, I would like to ask you to disable your firewall or add pokemon revolution online as an exception. If that doesn't work try running it as administration. If non of those work, I would suggest doing a clean installation, which means you have to delete all PRO related files including APKs/compressed files and then reinstall the game using the DOWNLOADS.
