It says to download the latest version when i already downloaded the latest version..Moreover i cannot download it from Mediafire.. Could you please try doing a clean installation of the game once more? and this time try using the other downloads and see if it works. To do a clean installation, you first need to remove all the files of the game (including APKs) and then clear your cache. After that use a different download from HERE and then see if it works.
