So today i tried to teach my staraptor double edge through the sinnoh egg move tutor it took my money twice and my pokemon hasnt learnt the move it never gave me the option to choose which move to replace so im 30k down and no move :( any help would be appreciated.

Hello there! My apologies for the inconvenience.

 

I would like to inform you that this bug is known. Although, the cause of it is not and it is being looked into.

To fix the issue however, is by doing a clean installation of the game. To do so, you need to delete all the files of the game (including APKs/.zip) and then clear your cache (if mobile) and then reinstall the game HERE.

Let me know if this fixed the problem.

Unfortunately, we can not refund you the money as it would be unfair to other players and we do not have a log as such, sorry about it.
