Stuck as in can't move? If yes, is this a continues occurring problem, and have you tried restarting your client? :)

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. The servers were facing technical problems that made NPCs uninteractable. Could you please try again to interact with one and see if this problems persists? If it does, please let me know which one it was.
