Houndoom is not amazing or popular in pvp, and I think it is wrong for Houndour to be tier 8 and 9. I wish Houndour was tier 7 on route 36. Houndour is native to Johto, so he should be easier to find in Johto than anywhere else in the game.

 

I also miss when he spawned in Feral Site. Ever since Houndour was removed from the Feral Excavation site, I've straight up stopped doing excavations. I used to do them almost every day just for some Houndour. :(
