Hello there! We apologize for the inconvenience. Itseems as though you have completed everything, could you go out of the house and check if latios/latias is there and it is not blocked? If not, the spots at which latias spawns is here : Reveal hidden contents 1. Starting Truck 2. Route 103 (on water) 3. New Mauville 4. Weather Institute 2F 5. Mt. Chimney 6. Meteor Falls B1F 2R 7. Mt.Pyre Exterior 8. Lilycove Department Roof 9. Abandoned Ship 10. Hoenn Safari Zone 2 House For more information on the quest, check the Jirachi questline.
