TM21 Mega Drain used but not Learned

Yesterday, I bought TM21 from the aide in Kantos grass gym in Celadon. I tried to use it on my paras, which already knew 4 moves. The TM was spent, but no prompt opened and the skill was not learned.

Hello there! My apologies for the inconvenience.

 

I would like to inform you that this bug is known. however, the fix is not in general.

As of now, you can stop this from happening further by performing a clean installation.

To do so, first delete all the files of PRO including APKs/compressed and then clear the cache of your device. Finally, redownload the game from the DOWNLOADS page and let me know if it fixes the problem.
