Unable to pick up items in Burned Tower

As the title says. I am in the burned tower trying to get the pokeballs/items on the ground and it won't let me pick them up. I've re-logged and even closed my game and opened it back up and still unable to pick them up.

it can be a problem by the server or it's a problem in your current files, maybe it will be done after a new download.

 

For me it's hard to say because I'm just a normal player.

Give it a try and let me know if it's better.

Hello there! My apologies for the inconvenience.

 

Unfortunately, I am unable to replicate this bug, which means performing a clean installation of the game should fix it, as said by SchattenDialga.

As of now, you can stop this from happening further by performing a clean installation.

To do so, first delete all the files of PRO including APKs/compressed and then clear the cache of your device. Finally, redownload the game from the DOWNLOADS page and let me know if it fixes the problem.
