you can train your blastoise in seafoam

blastoise uses bite for the gym

heals it with 120hp potion when in low hp

Or take the eevee you got from the rocket quest, and train it to evolve into umbreon. Dark moves are very powerful agaist the psychic pkmn from sabrina. Good luck!
