So I was doing Goomy Repel at Dragons Den B1F with a Kangaskhan level 56 in first slot which will make only pokes 56 or above to appear, I had been doing that for a while and not a single golbat appeared and it suddenly appeared one when it was supposed to not appear because it is over it's level range
