What have you done before the problem was there?

I had just given the museum npc the last fossil I needed to receive the aerodactylite but checked inventory and didn't see it there.

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried refreshing the game, re-logging, talking back to the npc and nothing seems to work to get my aerodactylite.

Description and Message

I was just wondering if staff members can give me an item I rightfully earned after I worked literally more than two months to get it. I was supposed to receive an aerodactylite after donating the last fossil I needed for such reward but didn't see anything there. I would strongly appreciate it if a staff member can look into my issue. Thanks
