Allow me to start by stateing this isn't a report.

 

This was in under 2 minutes. Presumably everyone in vermilion has the same screen.

 

So my suggestion is;

 

1) Limit the number of trade offers you can send to 4/minute

 

And

 

2) Limit the number of people you can send trade offers to, to 2/minute

 

Explanation

So the reason for 1 is to timid the mad spam trade. 4/minute is a good number both for quick Dex trades and an accidental cancel

 

Reason for 2 is to stop the spam trading of everyone who walks into a pc, then repeat circling the pc trading everyone begging. 2 people/minute is a good number because it allows you to fast trade multiple people but stops everyone in a pc receiving spam.

Hmm I kind of agree on the idea but I would change it to a, more simpler way imo, "(Allow) Trade requests" in general, as we already have a Battle Request option.
