Purplemauth Posted April 23, 2019 Share Posted April 23, 2019 It has Sand Veil because that Ralts has the ability Trace, which copies your garchomp. This will reset when you log out then back in. Likewise, the ID number will be assigned when the pokemon is saved to the game, or whenever you log out then back in again.
