Based on your question, I assume you refer to EV-enhancing items, namely:

• Macho Brace
  
• Power Bracer
  
• Power Belt
  
• Power Lens
  
• Power Band
  
• Power Anklet
  

 

In PRO, only Macho Brace exists, to give boosted EV points. Unfortunately, there is nothing said on when and if these items will be added in PRO, so please be patient in the meantime for any future updates. The rest of EV items are not in-game. You may find Macho Brace in the following spots:

- At any PvE Coin shop for 25 PvE coins.

- Held by traded Pokémon from the Biker in front of the Goldenrod City Pokécenter. Every further Macho Brace will cost 20k.
