I would like to inform you that, in order to have another chance to catch Shaymin, you need to defeat Nikola boss in Unknown Place, in Trainers Valley. Here is a guide on how to gain access to Trainers Valley, as well as how to get to Nikola boss and check out his roster, in order to prepare for the battle.
