So i have yorkies parcel i bought it for 50k but everytime i talk to the subway manager he doesnt accept the parcel. Take a look and please help.

You have to return the parcel to Yorkie. Yorkie will then ask you to find a Nocturnal Feather, which can be found from Pidgeotto on Route 16. Once you have the Nocturnal Feather, return to Yorkie again and then you will be able to talk to the Subway Manager.
