Aceofthieves Posted May 2, 2019 Share Posted May 2, 2019 You have to return the parcel to Yorkie. Yorkie will then ask you to find a Nocturnal Feather, which can be found from Pidgeotto on Route 16. Once you have the Nocturnal Feather, return to Yorkie again and then you will be able to talk to the Subway Manager.
