Hey guys, it seems like this NPC is being rude and won't let me buy a Reroll Ticket for 150 PvP Coins for some reason (I didn't try other items cuz ofc I'm broke and 150 PvP Coins is all I have).

I could buy a Reroll Ticket from the Vermilion NPC though.
