This is taken from the discord announcements, and these spawns are in addition to Pawniard's spawns in Sinnoh: "Pawniard spawns have been added to Power Plant (Kanto), Dark Cave North (Johto) & New Mauville (Hoenn). They are Tier8 and spawn all day.
