That notification will be displayed once the user encounters a pokemon with special form, i.g., X-mas, Valentines, etc. As we know, Unknown has many forms. As of now, our system treat those same as special forms of other pokemon. Hopefully, this will be fixed soon. Kindly report any bugs or glitches you will encounter in-game.
