Where is he? Some say in Mt. Silver, but i think he is in Mt Mortar. If in Mt. Silver, you need rock smash and and surf to get there. Strong Pokemon. Weak Pokemon. That is only the selfish perception of people. Truly skilled trainers should try to win with their favorites. Edge, Sturdy), Venusaur (S. Beam, Synthesis) , Blastoise (H.Pump), Charizard (F.Blitz), and Machamp (No Guard).
