short explanation of the problem:

After talking to "Oak's Aide", telling me that I have to own atleast 10 Pokemon, leaving and coming back, he wasn't there anymore.

There seems to be an invisible object that pushes me off the chair, if I to stand on it.

Also nothing happens, if I try to interact with the invisible object.

I hope for a quick answer.

So... nope he is still not there

only thing that has changed now, is that there is no invisible object to push me off the chair
