Acidash Posted July 24, 2015 Share Posted July 24, 2015 In Blackthorn City, there is an NPC in front of the GYM who wants to trade Shelgon to Dragonair. However, the tree is too big that the little kid was actually blocked by the tree and we can barely see him. A replacement of this NPC is needed.
