Pokemondzoto Posted May 24, 2019 Share Posted May 24, 2019 Hi there, I came with my Rotom to the Celadon Mart 2, came close to the boxes, I chose washing machine, then I saw message that my "Rotom entered the motor" and then that it "is not interested in this electrical appliance". And it did not evolve. Why? Is there any minimum level required? My rotom's 13 lvl. Please for help!
