I've checked every single box, i still have this message... I'm stuck here for 2 hours now and i don't understand what else i could do

Most likely you haven't found them all: Some pokemon require you to click a box from a certain angle. Unfortunately I've forgotten how many pokemon there were (7 comes to mind, don't quote me). Try this :)
