tengo un problema cuando intento entrar al juedo me dice

conexion perdida

y cuando esta cargando el juego antes de que salga nombre y contraseña me dice

que el parche de esta version no es no se que viable o algo asi

y ya he descargado el juego varias veces para actulizarlo y siempre tengo el mismo problema
