No need to battle lv 99 Heatran

After beating Commanders Mars in Stark Mountain, i wish to heal my poke so i talk to Buck and ask he to heal my poke.

He thx me and take me to the pokecenter.

I came back with a sync and i battle the Heatran.

He was lv 30 and catchable by Master Ball.

Pls, fix this error and don't reset my Heatran.

(No evidence and don't know if i is fixed after the new cilent, don't banned me if it is fixed)
