Hello, in the trade rules, it is said

"Insta Price shall be announced in public. Insta Price is not negotiable, by possible bidders."

If I said I sell my poke 300k but sell it 250k does it count as an insta price and then that I went against the rule or it doesn't count as an auction?

In case you want to sell a pokemon at a fixed price, 300k with your example, people can still negociate it at a lower price without problem since you didn't state this was an auction. However, once you agreed with someone , you can't accept the offer of someone else that offer you the price you asked at first.
