It really sounds dumb but hear me out allow them to also be used on water since they are flying it would be a waste to only be to use those wings on land but not on water, Sure these mounts will make land and water mounts feel useless because they can do both but you also have the option to bring their value on Coins and the price with Pokedollars which will make it more balanced and not ruin the economy on both servers.
