Pokemon Moves Tailwind and Mirror Move didn't work

During a battle i noticed that the MOve Tailwind didn't work. It says the Poke uses this move but the effect didn't work. With the Mirror Move nothing works you just loose a turn.

Hope yyou guys can fix it.
