Ice Beam 10% chance to frozen the opponent, i think it not correct, his starmie used ice beam on my blissey 3 times, all 3 times i got frozen

Will o wisp 85% burn opponent, i missed 4 times sequence, i think the rate is coded wrong, like psychic too much chance to -def before

wild golbat using 3x air slash to me before and mypoke flinch 3 times.

while my serene grace togekiss can only flinch my oppenent once with 3x air slash.
