Title says it all, I got to Cianwood City in Johto and was suddenly able to access my Kanto pokemon. I only have 4 badges, working on the 5th. I did not attempt to remove any pokemon from the PC that were from Kanto, as I was pretty sure that wpould fall under abusing bugs.
