So I was doing some leveling up in Cerulean Cave and I brought Mew and Haxorus. both with Toxic orb

After letting mew faint because of the toxic orb the next encounter was my Haxorus vs Ditto

The thing is that my haxorus was not taking damage from toxic orb poison status even tho the game showed it above the name, I defeated Ditto and the next battle was against a Golbat.

When I started battling golbat my haxorus didn't have the poison status on it and after the first move it just got it like if it didn't get the toxic status the last battle and it worked properly, it started losing hp because of the Toxic Orb status
