Missingno Easter Egg

I think it would be a cool nod to the original Gameboy games if there was a hooded or masked trainer on cinnabar island where missingno used to spawn on Gameboy and you can fight him and his team of high level missingnos for nothing more then normal npc battle rewards, just as a nod to the original games, also he could be Gary instead of a hooded figure, and the battle could be repeated weekly.
