Move learning bug

I was teaching my Altaria earthquake through a TM (Can probably be applied to all mons and TMs) and as I was in the teaching screen for the moveset I had to leave to attend to something that was happening on my yard and it took a little bit, I was kicked out of the game due to inactivity.

 

I logged in afterwards and then noticed my Earthquake had been consumed and not taught to my Altaria and when I tried another earthquake TM thinking it might work it said it already knows the move and was consumed as such.
