I had just came back today and I'm pretty much just past Fuchsia, but I still don't have a bike. Where do I get it?

 

Also I can't seem to extract the client file for Windows 64bit, it wants to open up in VLC Player. I have the game currently on android, but everything is just way too small, I can barely see the words on the screen. Can anyone help?

you need a ditto caught by yourself and 60k for bike
