Sylveon Posted June 23, 2019 Share Posted June 23, 2019 Make sure you are hunting in Sinnoh Safari Area Zone 1, it's all based on RNG (Random Number Genaration) so basically it is luck-based after all. However Black Medallion doesn't affect the spawn % of any pokemon, it just increases by 20% the odds of getting hidden ability on each pokemon found.
