hi i have a problem i cant find snivy for like 3 hours and i am using black ms please what i should do

i am hunting snivy at sinnoh safari

Make sure you are hunting in Sinnoh Safari Area Zone 1, it's all based on RNG (Random Number Genaration) so basically it is luck-based after all.

However Black Medallion doesn't affect the spawn % of any pokemon, it just increases by 20% the odds of getting hidden ability on each pokemon found.

i didnt find a single snivy yesterday in Sinnoh Safari Area Zone 1 i just wanna know iis it my luck?

Was anyone else there that can confirm Snivy isn't appearing?

Also how much time did you Hunt? You have to keep in mind Snivy is Tier 8 in Sinnoh Safari as long as the event is here

You answered the question your self, it's all random and luck. Also keep in mind what Split said, its tier 8 so not the easiest thing to hunt for. Wish you good luck on your hunt
