The title describes the bug already.

As you can see I caught multiple Marowak, but yet am not able to see him on the list.

Presumably they didn't want to create a new pdex entry as this would involve adding more seen/caught data. So instead they created a pseudo/ghost entry, so it may have its own spawn/stats without requiring a new Dex number. Hence no data.
