Thick club isn't working for marowak alolan right ? Because i tested it and saw no differences between holding and not holding a thick club ( tested on same pokes over and over, the damage was the same).

No, sadly the Thick Club is not yet coded for Marowak-Alolan. It probably will soon enough.
