Entei is missing or something

I have seen data for both raikou and suicune. I have already made them flee from the bell tower. I am like 99% sure that i got the entei data during the free safari event but as i near being able to get a legendary dog i realized i didn't have entei and so i came over and hes just not here.

I'm not really sure what happend but im like 99% sure i already did the bell tower stuff but i went and tried it again and it let me go through the process again. Im not sure how that would even make sense cuz i already have the seen datas for the other two but im going to go check and see if entei is there again. Really kind of frustrating tho cuz i spent about 15k to go travel to entei the first time dont really want to spend another 10-15k. Appreciate the help tho we'll see if it works
