I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.

 

Unfortunately we can not re-spawn Zapdos because it would be unfair to all the other users that accepted the loss of their progress due to crashing, regardless if on our end or theirs.

 

Loss due to crash, disconnection, rollback.

 

Sometimes when the server crashes, you might lose a bit of your progress due to a crash, disconnection or rollback. Unfortunately, you will not be refunded of anything you lost in a crash, rollback, disconnection. Take a look at the following thread if you were hit by a rollback for more information as to why you won't be refunded

With this being said, i would like to inform you that you are still able to catch Zapdos via the "Nikola" boss, once defeated he will give you another chance of spawning in Zapdos.

The "Nikola" boss can be found in the Unknown Place, trainers valley. If you do not know how to access this area i would like suggest following the link below.
