Hello i am an old player around 2015 , i try to log in to my account but i cant , i dont know why, i used the dashboard to make a new account also i found my old email , when i search to dashboard for my acount it says that i have 0 hours game play which is insane since i played almost 1000 hours, my friend has tons of my pokemons with My OT which they are from 2015-2016 , can you please help me get back my account ?
