I had 3 masterballs in my backpack. Had purchased them myself like 3 days ago. I was doing the Heatran quest and i died a couple of times. I then abandoned it and went to get celebi. In celebi fight i tried to use my masterball but they didn't show in the ites list. I thought that this has to do with celebi and that probably i cant use masterball to catch it. I did catch it normally but when i looked for my masterballs after the fight they were not in back pack.

 

I m not sure if deaths in heatran cave or the celebi quest or anything else caused this. Any help is much appriciated!

Resolved! Masterballs where disabled from backpack till i killed the lvl 99 heatran.
