Problems with the progress saved in my account...

Yesterday I played around 3 hours to level up my pokemons (level 80, level 80 and level 60 level) but everything I uploaded did not keep returning everything I spent on yesterday nothing, I want me to Solve this since it is really annoying to have to spend another 3 hours doing what I already did.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you and for your loss.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund any lost data, items, pokemon, in-game money as it would be unfair to all the other users that accepted the loss of their progress due to crashing, regardless if on our end or theirs.

 

Sometimes when the server crashes, you might lose a bit of your progress due to a rollback. Unfortunately, you will not be refunded of anything you lost in a rollback/crash. Take a look at the following thread if you were hit by a rollback for more information as to why you won't be refunded. Please take your time to read below.

We are aware of the issues related to the status of our servers, and i can assure you that our Developers are working on a fix and that fixing them is our main priority in this moment, as we understand that disconnections may be frustrating.
