Hey, have you tried going over to https://pokemonrevolution.net/dashboard/

It shows which server you play if MS is active if you get banned etc. Its really helpful to see if situations like this that occur that you'll be able to see if you have merged as well as playtime log into the website! Hope this helped ^_^
