I'm going to answer in English. You are not able to use Dig on your Marowak, as the Happiness is not high enough. What you are looking at is the Hp (Hitpoints) of the Pokémon.

You would need to do the "/happy 1-6" command to check the specific happiness of the Marowak. In this case the Marowak is in position 6, so you would have to type "/happy 6" in the chat.
